  New Features:

  • Added support for localization files (int, jpn, deu, fra, ita, esn, kor, etc.)
  • Auto-detect language extension when repacking based on folder structure
  • Smart folder naming: extracts to _ folder (e.g. coalesced.ini -> coalesced_ini/)
  • Round-trip support: folder name encodes output filename for seamless repack

  Improvements:

  • Drag coalesced.deu onto exe -> extracts to Coalesced_deu/
  • Drag Coalesced_deu/ folder onto exe -> packs to coalesced.deu
  • Updated help text and documentation

  Supported Localization Formats:

  • .ini (config), .int (English), .jpn (Japanese), .deu (German)
  • .fra (French), .ita (Italian), .esn (Spanish), .kor (Korean)
  • .pol (Polish), .rus (Russian), .cze (Czech), .hun (Hungarian)

  A command-line tool for extracting and repacking UDK/UE3 coalesced INI files.

  New Features:

  • Extract all INI files from a coalesced.ini archive
  • Extract all INT files from a coalesced.int archive
  • Repack a directory of INI files back into coalesced format
  • List contents of an archive with file sizes
  • Extract individual files by index or name
  • Drag & drop support for quick extraction/packing

  Usage:
  udk-config-extractor list - List archive contents
  udk-config-extractor unpack [output_dir] - Extract all files
  udk-config-extractor pack <input_dir> <output_file> - Create coalesced file
  udk-config-extractor info - Show archive info
  udk-config-extractor extract [output] - Extract single file

  Drag & Drop:

  • Drag a coalesced.* onto the exe to extract to ./unpacked
  • Drag a folder onto the exe to pack into ./coalesced.ini

  Notes:

  • Preserves original file format for game compatibility
  • Maintains directory structure when extracting
  • Big-endian binary format (Xbox 360 / PS3)
